While there aren't as many training opportunities for Paradox as there once were, you can still find (folks and sites) willing to teach you how to use Paradox effectively. This page lists the ones we know about.

Training Services

  • BrainBench offers a Paradox 9 certification exam. (Note: the site requires Javascript and uses popup advertising.)

  • Diana Sanders offers a Paradox 7.0 tutorial.

  • Free Skills has two online courses for Paradox 8; many of the skills apply to most versions of Paradox. Very useful if you're new to the product or to databases in general.

  • Hallogram Publishing offers Paradox itself, training videos, and related add-on's (such as barcode fonts). For best results, search their site for "Paradox".

  • Karen Botwright posted an eight-part review of Paradox 9 that steps through her experiences learning the product. Very helpful for learning the basics of the program.

  • Prestwood Software offers training and mentoring in Paradox.

  • Quest 2000, Inc. offers a Paradox training CD.

If you know of other Paradox training resources (or offer such services yourself), please let us know so we can expand this list accordingly.
